Vintage Lucite Heels with Roses
Have you ever seen heels like these? Wow, I love them. Lucite 1950's shoes with roses inside them! How unique are they?! I've found lucite heels with rhinestones before, but never roses!
Wow. . .yes I have seen some but I think they are rather rare up here on the East Coast. . .funny how Vintage Clothing is seasonal depending on climate, isn't it? All your latest shoes are lovely. I hope they all fit like a slipper!
I've only seen lucite door handles with roses before but never heels.
I heard thar Dolly Parton saw a lady with lucite wedges with a goldfish in it when she was a kid and that's when she decided to look "trash" (she said it!) when she'd grow up.
Yup! I have a pair of purple suede open toe heels from the 50s, with clear lucite heels and purple roses in the heels, and they also have a rectangular lucite piece at the top, with a large purple rose inside :)
eeee! Those are adorable!
