I absolutely love your blog, and vintage clothes of course. I can't afford to buy a lot of vintage, except what I find in the op-shops, because I have two teenage boys eating away my bank balance! So in a way I live vicariously through your blog.
I do have a few treasures that I've picked up over the years, and also heirlooms from my grandmother. I have loved vintage for as long as I can remember, long before it became fashionable. I think it grew from my childhood experiences with my mother and grandparents, and my grandad's girlfriend Gloria, who used to dress me up just about every weekend in her old clothes.
As for Marilyn. She's third from the right. She's one of my all time heroines. I think she was so under-estimated. She was so much more than just a blonde beauty.
Anyway, thanks for your beautiful blog. And yes, I love the shoes too!
I cannot remember the name of the movie! I know she is standing next to the star though! I love your blog!
